Adjusting Expectations During This Holiday Season

Caregiving during the holidays often brings added stress and disappointment to a family caregiver and the 2020 holiday season will be even more difficult to manage.

Family caregivers already taxed from the fear and isolating effects of Covid-19 are in real danger of a wellness crisis.  Reaching out to them with suggestions on how to adjust their and their family’s expectations for the holidays may help them endure the season.
