Currently, Medicare and private insurances do not pay for Social Model adult day programs.  We accept private pay, veteran benefits and long-term care payments.

Each independently owned and operated Elder-Well^® Adult Day Program franchise is responsible for complying with all state specific licensing guidelines for staffing ratios, training requirements and background checks.

Elder-Well^® Adult Day Programs are classified as a Social Model.  We are not a Health Model and do not offer medical care.  Our services include:

• Assistance with activities of daily living.
• Medication and personal care reminders and documentation.
• Nutritious meals and hydration monitoring
• Social, cognitive, physical and leisure activities
• Caregiver support

At Elder-Well^® we practice a philosophy of person-centered care, recognizing each person’s individuality.  We provide a supportive and positive social environment where each guest receives the best possible care and experience.

We care for seniors who may not be able to stay at home alone during the day because they:

• Need assistance with activities of daily living
• Have physical impairments or chronic health conditions
• Have Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia
• Are socially isolated and desire companionship
• Are unsafe at home alone
