During the call, we will have an in-depth conversation about your goals in becoming a business owner, your business background and experience, financial investment requirements and potential territory to operate your business. At the conclusion of this call, you may be invited to complete a personal profile form to help us learn more about you.
Once we have reviewed your completed personal profile and determine that our franchise system may be right for helping you achieve your business goals, we will move on to a series of calls to discuss further the Elder-Well™ Social-Supportive Adult Day Program, our mission, the adult day care industry and much more.
The FDD is a document that contains everything you need to know about Elder-Well™. Most prospective franchisees are unfamiliar with the format of this document, so a team member will take the time to review this document with you. This will help you understand the information and allow you to make an informed business decision.
After the completion of the FDD review, attending a discovery day at one of our home offices, will be the next step in the process. There you will meet the franchise team and get a true sense of what is like to own and operate your own Elder-Well™ Social-Supportive Adult Day Program.
Following discovery day, we will contact you to inform you of your approval status. If at that time we both agree to move forward in developing our business partnership, we will walk you through the process of signing all the required documents and immediately get you started in launching your new venture!
Kara, I want to thank you again for suggesting that I take mom to the doctors yesterday. Yes, she did have an infection and will spend a night or 2 in the hospital. I did not even notice she was not feeling well and grateful that we have your caring eyes watching out for her. I will let you know when she is ready to return.
I want to thank you for forming your caregiver support group at your program on Thursdays. I was hesitant in attending, but so glad I did. I did not realize how many people are in the same situation I am. Thank you for helping me form connections with others and for the great resources you are informing us of.
Kara, I commend you on your vision of a place where seniors in need of support during the day can come and feel a part of something they enjoy. When we walk into the house in the morning the welcoming smells of breakfast, the sight of friends together enjoying conversation and a puzzle and your welcoming staff smiles makes me want to stay for the day! Great insight on care needed!
What a wonderful experience I had while visiting your program last week. I am impressed with the level of activities your staff is delivering to the participants. I noticed how engaged everyone was while learning about the history of the Eiffel Tower (myself included!) I will gladly refer your program to clients in need of daycare services.
What can I say! My mother has found her people!!! She is dressed, smiling and ready to go each morning when I arrive to pick her up and come to the program. Of course, all we hear about is how great the sing-a-longs were (obviously her favorite) but we know all that goes on there is wonderful.
