• Join us each month for a different themed enriching and engaging activity with connections and resources for caregivers. All are welcome to attend at no cost!
• What is a Memory Café? Memory cafés provide a welcoming place for people experiencing memory loss and their care partners. Here they will find support, joy, resources, and community connections.
• Hosted by Elder-Well^® Adult Day at 12 Washington St, Natick MA 01760. Typically meets once per month.

The Unforgettable Art Program™

• Inviting those living with dementia and their care partners to present their artwork or other talent to our group. Tuesdays at 2pm at Elder-Well^® Adult Day in Natick.
