Elder-Well® Adult Day will be hosting a memory café event at our Natick center one Saturday per month, starting on Saturday, May 21st. Join us each month and enjoy our interactive social time, stimulating activities, and learn about resources available in our community.
What is a Memory Café?
The goal of a memory café is to provide a welcoming place for people experiencing memory loss and their care partners. Here they will find support, joy, resources, and community connections. Café events provide the opportunity to talk with others who understand what you are going through, to leave behind limitations and instead focus on strengths, to enjoy other’s company, and to explore something new. Each month’s event is different and may include guest artists, musicians, and presenters.
Learn more about memory cafés on the JF&CS website.
Join us for our first Better Together Memory Café event!
May’s inaugural event will feature an interactive music activity with music therapist Judy Maggs. Each event is free of charge and everyone is welcome at the Better Together Memory Café. We just ask that you RSVP so we know you’ll be there!
